SWAKE Smoothie Queen

Need a happy & healthy way to start your day? Try this smoothie recipe! At SWAKE, we believe everyone deserves to start their day off as a healthy queen ! ! !

3-4 Strawberries

1/2 banana

Handful of blueberries

Spinach (amount optional :))

Splash of almond or oat milk (vanilla flavored makes it even yummier)

5-6 Spoonfuls of yogurt (I like the light + fit nonfat vibrant vanilla yogurt)

Vanilla protein powder (normally add a little bit for some extra protein + makes the smoothie more thick and creamy!)

A drizzle of honey on top!

Almost done! Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy immediately!
